Why RiSKFiX exists
Most property managers I meet aren't short on responsibility. They're short on specialists they can actually trust to deliver.
I've spent over 20 years in UK property — starting in facilities management, then leading fire and occupational safety systems at a national risk consultancy, where I ran a UK-wide team of assessors and helped build one of the sector's first dedicated property risk assessment platforms.
RiSKFiX was born out of a question I heard on repeat. We were producing property risk assessments at volume, and time after time a facilities or property manager would look at the findings and ask: "Great — but who's going to fix it?"
So I built the answer.
RiSKFiX specialises in passive fire protection — fire door inspections, fire stopping surveys and their associated remedial works — backed by a broader range of property risk solutions. One trusted partner, from assessment through to resolution. We don't just tell you what's wrong. We put it right.
