Fire Evacuation Plans
Clear, building-specific evacuation strategies that actually work on the day.
Overview
Service overview & scope
An evacuation plan is only as good as the people who use it. We write building-specific evacuation strategies, PEEPs and GEEPs that staff actually understand — and we test them with announced and unannounced drills until they hold up under pressure.

- Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs)
- Generic Emergency Evacuation Plans (GEEPs)

Why it matters
Why this matters
Generic plans fail
Template evacuation plans collapse on contact with reality — every building deserves its own strategy.
PEEPs are a legal duty
Articles 11 and 15 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 require the responsible person to plan for the safe evacuation of every relevant person, including those who cannot self-evacuate. PAS 888:2022 sets the current good-practice framework.
Drills expose the gaps
A drill is the cheapest possible way to find the gaps in your plan.
