Why it matters

Why this matters

Statutory inspection frequency

Communal fire doors in residential buildings over 11m must be inspected at least quarterly.

Most defects are repairable

Honest inspection avoids unnecessary replacement — we recommend remediation wherever certified performance can be restored.

Defensible evidence

Photographic, time-stamped reports are the evidence enforcing authorities expect to see.
