Tom Linstead has spent more than 20 years in UK property. He started in facilities management, then led fire and occupational safety systems at a national risk consultancy, where he ran a UK-wide team of assessors and helped build one of the sector's first dedicated property risk assessment platforms.
He founded RiSKFiX in 2016 after hearing the same question again and again from facilities and property managers reading risk assessment findings: "Great — but who's going to fix it?"
RiSKFiX provides fire risk assessments, fire door and fire stopping services and wider property compliance, with one accountable point of contact from assessment through to the remedial works that follow.
